Lil'Bit parvo update. She needs your prayers :(

Hello everyone and thank you for all the prayers & warm thoughts. Well Lil'Bit was doing really well, but she took a turn for the worse last night. She started throwing up a lot & had some bloody diarrhea for the first time. Today when I went to visit her, she wouldn't even get up to come to the front of the cage. They're letting me go back there instead of just looking thru the glass like they'd origanlly said. She did lift her head off of her stuffed tiger when I came up to her. She's very, very sad & had big tears in her eyes
They started her on antibiotics and gave her another nausea shot. Now all we can do is wait Now they did give her some solid food & water yesterday because she was doing so well, so what I'm hoping is that her tummy just wasn't ready yet & that is what made her sick. I can't even express how worried, upset, and sad I am. It's so disheartening to see her doing so well yesterday to this. I just wish I could be with her. Please, please say a prayer for my sweet little puggie that she is able to fight this bug & come home safely to me.

Nicole, Our prayers are with Lll'Bit and also with you, as I know that is really horrible for you to see her this way. I check on here periodically so see if any updates on her. Please know love and lots of prayers are being sent to the two of you Rita

We are all pulling for her....... it's always tough when our Furry Friends get sick....as they can't tell us what is wrong. But I have a feeling she will be fine...as Pugs are resiliant little things!

Aw, I'm so sorry to hear this. I want to share that when I was a teenager, we had an Old English Sheepdog that had Parvo Virus when he was pup. While he got very, very sick, he did pull through!! Hang in there, it's hard to see them so sick.

Sirius and I are sending you lots of good energy and hugs and visualizing Lil'Bit coming home soon. Hopefully this is just a temporary setback ---- with these types of illnesses, often they will get worse before they get better. We're all pulling for you, Lil'Bit!

Sending lots of prayers for lil'Bit. Ask your vet to check into using the tama flu med. on parvo. Have been hearing it does well on parvo. I posted sometime back about it. Will look back for the post if you like?

I am so sorry Ltl'Bit is so sick. We will be praying that she gets to come home soon. I feel for you I have had two dogs that had cancer so I know how haed it is to be seperated from them while they are being treated for their illness. So I am sending you both a big pug hug! Please keep us up dated on her progress. Marti
