My dog Brian Maxwell and My cat Oreo Have been picking on each other all the time! I can not stand It! Brian Maxwell just wants to play but oreo wants ME! UGHH! I would let them settle this them selves, but Oreo is an outdoor cat, and is clawed for self-defence! I cant stand Brian Maxwell getting hurt! When I pet Brian Maxwell, Oreo buts in and swipes him and mooches up to me. Brian just wants a animal friend! Oreo (again) wants me! God! I dont know what to do! Ive tried EVERYTHING!

we have a cat that always tries to cross the room that puggy lou is in. the cat is curious about the pug, but at first, she was so scared of the dog, she stayed outside under a porch in the coldest, heaviest, wettest rain i can ever remember! she would not come inside because she was afraid of the pug in the house. now, when ever cat runs away from pug, puggy cries and barks. but sometimes they go so close to each other, (cat's curiousity) they almost go nose-to-nose!! it's cute.
well your not alone on having a pug and a cat that aren't such good friends! -

my parents have 2 cats one is 7 and one is 14. when i take my dog to my parents the cats HATE the dog... they scream and hiss if the dog comes any where near them. the younger one is so stressed out she wont come out from my parents bed so we have to put a litter box, food and water in their room when i come home. Also she licks the fur off her tummy she is so upset... shes a freak

YOu can Probably leave Oreo in another room, and you play with Brian, and when Oreo Come back to another the room, you take Brain to a doggy playdate, or you can try to train Brian to be good. But Oreos fine to me

i guess ive been real lucky i have four cats...... they alll get along . However saying that.... Picking a cat up in front of the twins is a big NO NO, Havoc and Chaos go out of their minds if you are holding a cat.... come to think of it.... anything alive you can not pick up... they go crazy... just one of their wierd little pet peeves.Maybe you can try to have your pug on one side and cat on the other side(like when your sittting down on sofa) . if all else fails..... youre lucky to be loved soooo much by both...

make sure you keep your cats nails clipped short...... so brian can keep his sweet little face intact.....
