Charka has become really obsessive lately. He's always licked obsessively, but he seems to be getting worse. When we walk him now he follows a straight line of bricks on the path. He also holds in his wee for the whole walk and only goes on the tree closest to our complex on the way back. Are any other pugs out there obsessive?

Bah-hahahaha! That's hilarious! It sure sounds like it. I think most dogs get little bees in their bonnets like that. If the ground is wet, Sassie will only stand in any dry spots she can find. One of our dogs will only accept treats after I have rolled them in my hand. Another won't go for a walk if I put one of the other dogs on a leash. The same dog won't get up in the morning without carrying my hubby's socks out to the kitchen and guarding them for a while. The list goes on and on.

Glad he's not the only one
his latest is that every time he gets up to drink water he has to do a circuit of the lounge before he can settle down again. Makes us laugh every time

Your pug is simply a pug ... although obsessive licking can mean allergies or fleas ...

Lol. We were worried about that but vet says he's fine. He just licks at the air all the time. He's our special needs baby
