hi guys, im new here and i'm glad i found this site!! i have recently adopted a beautiful mail pug named boomer,

and was so excited to find a place where i can talk to other pug people! boomer is an awesome dog, and i will be adding some more photo's of him soon.

i came across this site when i was doing research on his very cloudy eye which has me very concearned, but will be taking him to the vet first thing in the morning,

to have it checked out. so wish us luck and i hope they say its okay... if any one has any advice on the cloudy eye please do let me know.

hi nav and boomer, welcome to the site!!! usually if there is an infection or even a scratch, his eye might get cloudy...it's a good thing that you are going to the vet, you don't want to mess with their eyes. your vet will probably give you drops or ointment to put in his eyes and hopefully that will clear it up. do you notice that he is rubbing his eye or face or is the white part red, that's another sign? hope he feels better soon and please keep us updated. by the way, i'm carol, mom to rosie and mikey...oh, and also, thanks for choosing adoption, you will never be sorry

Welcome to Pug Spot! And congratulations on adopting Boomer! You are now pugged, if you don't know what that means you will soon. LOL

My female pug had a cloudy eye after being groomed. Turns out she had a reaction to some soap that got in her eye. Vet gave us drops for her eye and in a few days we could see improvement. I am sure the Vet will have Boomer in top condition as soon as possible. Keep us posted on his progress.
