It's funny how our pugs are like our children and they
have their favorite toys and pillows that they will
never part with. Penny has a lot of toys that she
won’t play with, but will stare at and admire.

Thanks Mom2Pugs. You have a very nice pair of Pugs yourself ...That's pretty cool that you could take Desi to work when he was small...I got Yoda when he was two months old, weighed 5lbs...and would pee and poop...ALOT

Hi there, I found your profile on a google search I did. I just found a pug that I am really interested in adopting. I already have a pug and would love another but had a few questions...Have you found that having a playmate made your pugs happier? Was there a major cost increase by adding another pug?
Any tips/suggestions?

ya, i was thinking about this idea: i am going to make a ton of christmas ornaments out of clay and sell them at an art show. i could do that because my dad is an artist (that's where i got my talent) and he is in many thanksgiving and christmas art fairs so i could sell some there. i'm glad you like them, but i don't know how i could ship them to you.

MAPR does adopt dogs out to TN. I'm not sure they've ever gone as far as Memphis, but I KNOW we do work in Chattanooga because that's where Stan came from. If you seriously are interested, Buffy should be good to go to her forever home shortly after Valentine's Day!

Hi Marti.

Thank you for the kinds words about my 3 puggies... They are all special in their own right.

I know, I'm scared too. But I cannot have my Suli not breathing correctly and probably shortening her life by making her little heart work harder. I love this little girl, she is my heart dog.

I'm waiting for my vet to call with the results of her routine blood work, and also if she was able to speak the the surgeon that she is trying to send us to. I've been looking on the internet and I think I'm going to make some phone calls of my own on Monday.

The surgeon that does Suli's surgery, 1st I have to feel comfortable and confident with this person. I would like this surgeon to use a laser rather than the normal operating with a knife. I heard the recovery time is less and it's easier on the doggie too.

I'm just really concerned because she is eight years old, it just worries me to have her put under. I cannot imagine if something were to go wrong! I know I'm overprotective... but she's just a lil girl.

Hi Marti, thank for the welcoming message, your pictures are too adorable! We drove through Memphis on our way to San Francisco and absolutely love the BBQ there at Rendez-Vous and breakfast at Arcade Cheers.
