neko wrinkle

i would say since its in a small area not the whole wrinkle it looks like it probably was a scratch, the thing is though its going to have trouble healing where its at, Im sure thats why its red. I would clean it and dry it daily and if that doesnt work you are probably going to have to go to the vet to get an antibiotic to help clear it up

My dog had the same thing, took her to the vet and he said when the snout area has stuff in it, they will try to get it out on their own which is why the skin gets rubbed raw, your going to need antibiotics if it's not cleared up in a few days.

my vet told me to keep my pug's wrinkles dry and clean to prevent rashes, infections or anything like it, if not your dog will try to get clean by himself by rubbing or scratching and he could get hurt, it is very common on this dogs to see little irritations like this so just try to keep it dry and he will be fine

POOR BABY !!!!!!!!!!  Our male pug got irritated like that last summer when he stuck his pug face into our son's sprinker toy OVER & OVER again ... We just kept it clean & put tripple antibiotic on it & it cleared right up in a few days = )
