About Me

Omar is an AKC registered, purebred pug that we got EASTER day of 2007. My boyfriend at the time discovered Omar on the internet & picked him out to purchase. He once said to Omar, "I picked you out of a perfect patch of pugs". Omar will soon be 3 years old, yet he still acts like a puppy. We try very hard to not give in to all of Omar's "demands" for food, & he has (consequently) managed to keep his uncommonly muscular physique that he had when he was only 8 weeks old. Omar has several YouTube videos under triscuit41. (I wrote all the "commentary" for these videos.) Omar has exceptionally large eyes for a pug, & he weighs about 18 -19 pounds.

Nicknames

I sometimes call him, "Sir Pugs A Lot" or "King Omar" or "King Of The Universe"

Favorite Treats

Chicken, steak, hamburger, ham, turkey (pretty much all meat makes Omar salivate). He also enjoys fruit (like apples & oranges) & vegetables (like broccoli, summer squash, & green beans). I have been making him white meat chicken, brown rice, & broccoli for over a year now. (I call it Omar's Mush, & I sometimes eat it as well.) I just read that what I make for Omar is good & healthy for him, but that I should be using dark meat chicken rather than white meat. (I'm not sure why?)

Favorite Activities

Walkie Walkie, sleeping, acting like a crazy loon, running around the house, sitting in our laps just like a child would (& falling asleep), EATING ANYTHING HE CAN grab with his mouth (of course).
